DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Inspect your order immediately for damage to the packaging. Parts may be missing or rusted if exposed to excessive moisture due to mishandling while in transit. Please contact us in this event at (866) 670-2444.

 

POLICIES

Product Return Policy

90-Day returns on qualifying products. Qualifying products are current production parts in unused condition and rust free. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.

Returned parts must be sent freight prepaid to our Smithville, Ohio plant. NRE at its sole discretion will determine what parts are resalable.
